Self Defence Instructor Course

The Self-Defence Instructor Course provides a training course divided into 3 levels (Basic, Advanced, Expert), where at the end of each module a qualification and level of “FDKM Israeli Ju-Jitsu / Krav Maga Instructor” will be recognised in Italy by FDKM and CONI through the sports promotion body AICS. Each level has a well-defined and documented programme of belts with the support of FDKM video tutorials.

KRAV MAGA SELF DEFENCE INSTRUCTOR COURSE

1ST BASIC LEVEL

Course Duration

16 effective hours

Theoretical and Practical Course

day 1 – fitness room

09:00/10:00: theory lesson – FDKM programme, duties and obligations of the instructor;
10:30/18:00: practical lesson – study of yellow belt techniques./li>
lunch break 13:00/14:00

day 2 – fitness room

09:00/16:30: practical lesson – study of orange belt techniques;
16:30/18:00: teaching tests and examinations;
lunch break 13:00/14:00

Minimum Requirements

required at least one of the following:

Brown Martial Arts or IJJ Krav Maga Belt
IJJ Krav Maga Instructor External
Physical Education or Fitness Instructor
Expert in Combat Sports
Degree in Sports Science

After passing the Krav Maga 1st Level Basic Instructor Course exam, you can start your career as an instructor and teach the first two krav maga belts in self defence courses.

2ND ADVANCED LEVEL

14:00/18:00: Practical lesson – study of green and blue belt techniques.

FDKM Programme

During the course, our national instructors will teach you all the techniques related to the self-defence instructor course syllabus, you will learn many krav maga techniques that you will then have to teach to your students, in fact after the course, you will need to repeat them to remember them and acquire fluency and speed. At no additional cost, we will then provide you with the course syllabus you have taken, which includes fdkm video tutorials of the techniques studied filmed from multiple angles at normal speed and in slow motion, along with the syllabus manual that every instructor should always have with them.

AN APP TO MANAGE YOUR GYM

FDKM APP

We have developed an in-house APP that will allow you to manage your gym in complete autonomy. Through the FDKM app, you will be able to enter into the FDKM management system to track the attendance of your students thanks to the scanning of their QrCode, which each student will have after joining FDKM. You will also be able to check their AICS cards with a summary of their data, belt and hours of actual lesson attendance. Thanks to the app, you will have complete control over the management of your students’ exams, notifications about events and much more.

FDKM CERTIFICATES

We have updated our certificates with a new modern look. All belt and level certificates for trainees and instructors have been redesigned in a new vector design in order to always achieve a high quality accurate print. The AICS and CONI logos guarantee national recognition. All new certificates now include a QrCode that allows you to check the validity of the certificate on the official fdkm.eu website, ending unauthorised fake certificates. All certificates are issued by the FDKM secretariat.
