Women’s Defence Special Mini Course FDKM 6-8 March 2023

Special Edition Women’s Defence on the occasion of Women’s Day.

Women’s Defence, is a special mini-course of 2 self-defence lessons organised by FDKM in Turin on the occasion of Women’s Day. The two lessons of one hour each will be held on Monday 6 and Wednesday 8 March 2023 at FDKM’s national operational headquarters in Turin at the Palaginnastica in via Giacinto Pacchiotti 71. The course, which mainly deals with topics on women’s anti-aggression, FDKM wants to provide, through these two lessons, the first notions of self-defence to put into action during an attack, as well as to show how the Israeli defence discipline Israeli Ju-Jitsu Krav Maga can help us learn to defend ourselves.
